3. No Misinformation

Don't share fake news, incorrect recruitment info, or misleading training claims.

4. Keep It Clean

• No adult content, profanity, or graphic media.
• Discussions should be suitable for users 13+.

5. No Promotions or Ads Without Approval

Promoting products, services, or other apps is not allowed unless approved by the admin.

6. Safety First

• Do not encourage dangerous challenges or overexertion.
• No sharing of personal data (e.g., phone numbers, addresses).

7. Report Violations

Use the in-app "Report" feature to flag inappropriate content.

9. Reporting Process

If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior:

1. Use the in-app "Report" button on the specific content
2. Provide a brief description of the violation
3. Our moderation team will review within 24 hours
4. You'll receive a notification about the action taken

10. Appeals Process

If you believe you were unfairly penalized:

1. Email fit4force1@gmail.com with "Community Appeal" in the subject
2. Include your username and details of the incident
3. Provide any relevant context or evidence
4. Appeals are reviewed within 3-5 business days

11. Moderator Guidelines

Our community moderators are volunteers who help maintain a positive environment. They have the authority to:

• Remove inappropriate content
• Issue warnings to users
• Temporarily mute disruptive members
• Escalate serious violations to administrators

12. Privacy in Community Spaces

• Never share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
• Be cautious about sharing photos that reveal personal details
• Report any requests for personal information
• Use the app's private messaging features for personal conversations

13. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you post
• By posting, you grant Fit4Force permission to display your content
• Don't post copyrighted material without permission
• Give credit when sharing others' work or ideas

These community guidelines may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced in the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
